Ranger: The problem is that the anime, believe it or not, SLOWED DOWN the voices of the English actors so that the Japanese audience could have time to comprehend what was being said. The English by the English actors was not bad, just slowed down. RE: Shinichi's half-assed confession. Agreed 100%. Gosho did it to shut up the fans who wanted SOMETHING to happen between the two. Either way I think that'll make Ran feel better about him not being around, despite what Haibara thinks.

Get rid of the watch section?

I'm also all for removing the watch section. Actually, I've been championing this idea for a while. Too many folks are just not even bothering to read what the text says in that section, and it's useless to try and bother to get them to read it. -
That's my thing. The movies are meant to entertain. As long as I'm entertained then I'm fine. 10, 11, 13, and 14 all failed to entertain me. 14 gave me a headache and 11 was the biggest chore to sit through. 13 was a tremendous rip-off considering that they teased the only interesting scene in the trailer. I feel like they realized that 10 was gonna suck so they tried to compromise by adding a ton of characters.

We thought that the convention that Southpaw was in at the time would've been picked up heavily on the podcast, but surprisingly you don't hear it all that often. I'm brutally disappointed, as it would've been awesome sounding, me thinks~ But alas!! There'll be future opportunities at conventions... *gasp* I think I may have said too much...
