Well, I just went and took a peek, and yeah, the message is there.
So is your edit, which wasn't really a very smart move. First, the edit note: "Could not edit Template:Links had to put this very important link under Adding content". A very "important link", huh? I've seen plenty of those. They tend to be spam. Not a very good way to put down your edit. Secondly, the edit itself. It looks like you're trying to leech traffic away from the wikia, even if that wasn't the intention. With those two in mind, I'm not completely shocked by their reaction, though it was a bit over the top.
What does interest me is the message. They clearly did see it as an attempt at promotion, judging by the wording of their message. They also noted something about "referencial terms", which I have no idea what that means; "referencial" isn't even a word to begin with. I really don't think that message was necessary. I wonder if someone can send a ping over them about that message.
