  1. Case File 3: This afternoon, at approximately 3:54 pm, Hebi Yoshi-san (Her maiden name is Ryota) went to her son's room to retrieve him for a scheduled play-date, only to find that Karasuma-kun was missing. The frantic mother, who works 12 hours a day during the week, feared for her son's safety, as her husband, who died last year, had been found dead after his disappearance a few days before. The window was left open, and her son was nowhere to be found. A few minutes later she recieved a call from an unidentified person on her home phone. The call came from her cell phone, which she had left in her son's room, and their voice was disguised. (I am now going to refer to the culprit as he for ease of writing.) He reportedly warned Yoshi-san against calling the police and demanded 10 million yen in Beika Park before sunset if she wanted to see Karasuma-san alive. Disguised as the parent and child of the playdate, Edogawa Conan and Mouri Kogoro were able to enter Hebi-san's home. These are the clues they gathered about the situation. Due to the fact that the window had been opened from the inside, and based on fingerprints, by the kidnapped child, the culprit has to be someone aquainted with the family. The suspects are: Ryota Kasumi- the child's aunt. She has always been close to her sister. Motive: Her business is going bankrupt, and she is 3 million yen in debt. Alibi: From noon to 2:40 this afternoon, she was at a salon getting her hair cut and dyed. After this, Kasumi drove to her sister's house and remained in the living room with her the entire time she was there. She left through the front door around 3:07, and her sister watched her go around the corner. Karasuma-kun was still in his room when Hebi-san checked on him a few minutes later. Shinte Raku- Hebi Yoshi-san's regular child-sitter and housekeeper. He is well-regarded as a professional, and has always taken great care of Karasuma-kun. Motive: Unkown... (Monetary gain?) Alibi: Until 3, he was alone in his apartment. When he arrived at 3:15, Karasuma-kun was still in his room, and although he went into every room to clean, Raku-san was with Yoshi-chan when she recieved the culprit's call. He didn't leave the house at any point, and was still there whe Mouri-san arrived. Azuka Hiro- Hebi-chan's childhood friend. They met in elementary school, and were close even after she met and dated her future husband. After his death, Hiro-san visited often to see her and the child. Motive: Unknown. (Monetary gain? Their past?) Alibi: He arrived at Yoshi-san's home around 3:32 pm, and remained in the living room with her the entire time he was there. Hiro in the restroom when the child was discovered missing, but was within her sight looking for him when she was called by the culprit. Clues and Facts: - Karasuma's fingerprint's were on the window, and it had been opened without any trick or sign of forced entry, as though the boy had opened it. - During the search, Hiro-kun checked the boy's room, front yard, tree house, and bathroom. - The child's mother searched her own room and the hall closet, along with her husband's old bedroom. - Raku-san looked in the back yard and the shed behind the house, as well as the garage. - It seems like no one had a chance to sneak the boy out of the house. - None of the suspects were carrying anything suspicious with which they could have subdued the child. - None of the suspects were in possession of Hebi-chan's cellphone.

Police believe he attempted take his own life with an overdose of medicine, but he didn't have enough, and when that failed he hung himself. The time of death was discovere to be around 9:30 pm yesterday. Despite the heavy evidence, a detective suspects foul play. Suspects: Hamoto Tsuji, the victim's brother. Motive: Kirio-san was an avid gambler who spent all his earnings at Pachinko parlors and racetracks. When he was kicked out of his apartment, unable to pay the rent, he moved in with his brother. Ootori Nakura, who lives in the same apartment as the brothers. Motive: He once dated the deceased's girlfriend, but still remained friends with both Kirio and her. He gains nothing monetarily by Kirio's death, but often argued with him about his spending habits. Alibi: He works with Tsuji-san, and therefore was on the same business trip an hour away from home. From 9-11 pm last night he was alone in his hotel room watching television. He left a voicemail message on the house-phone as well, and left this morning when the police called and told him what had happened. Itsurio Miki, Kirio's girlfriend. Then, the member below will find an "evidence" to "prove" that theory, and after that, he/she'll post another wild theory. Note that the "evidence" MAY or MAY NOT make sense, and it doesn't even have to explain the "theory" given above... XDD Example: Person #1: Person #2: Easy right ? 4. A/N: So this isn’t my usual Kaito Shinichi thing. It’s just that I believe we need more Haibara and Akako stories here. (I swear Chelsea cast a spell on me, forcing me to write this.) But tell me if you like it. I know it isn’t so good, so please be brutally honest with me. If you notice anything wrong—grammar problems, lack of detail, or anyone acting OOC—please point them out, okay? I don’t mind flames, really. o0o “Haibara, I need to ask you something,” said Conan, slowly turning to face her after minutes of staring out the window with a blank gaze. A week had passed since he and Professor Agasa returned from London, where he helped solve a case for the Grass Court Queen, strolled though his idol’s hometown, and somehow managed to keep his identity a secret from Ran. It was tough, involving a chase down the streets of England, but several pills of the temporary antidote aided by a few cheesy lines did the trick. Such a busy week took a toll on his child body and he needed a whole day to recuperate. He was tired. Strained mentally, physically, and emotionally, he needed to escape from reality. But how could he, when every morning when he took a shower he would stare into the mirror and see himself hopelessly trapped in his child form. He envisioned himself watching Ran and his classmates grow older and getting married while he was stuck in this body. How long would he have to endure this? Months? Years? He shuddered at the thought. Until now, he still hadn’t defeated the Boss and Haibara hadn’t hit on the right formula for the antidote. This was becoming extremely frustrating, especially for the Kudou Shinichi, High School Detective of the East. There is only one truth, he would say each time he solved a case, but why couldn't he discover that ever-elusive truth in his own life? “What is it?” replied Haibara in her usual tone devoid of feeling. “About the pills you gave me last time…” his voice began to trail off. “What about them?” “Do you—I mean, how long do you think will it take before you finally develop the antidote? A few months? A year? I just want to know.” Haibara folded her arms with a sigh. “Do you want me to be completely honest with you?” “Yes.” Conan’s steely gaze spoke volumes, and Haibara deliberated for a moment whether to tell him the truth. Taking a deep breath, she mouthed her brief reply. “Probably never.” Conan stared at her speechless with disbelief. He felt like his world suddenly caved in on him. Haibara paused to let the full reality sink in. “And even if I do, there’s no guarantee that Gin and his men will spare your life.” “W-what are you saying? That I should give up already?” “Simply put, don’t expect too much. You might only be disappointed.” “How can you say that so—so—heartlessly?” he raised his voice exasperatedly. “Don’t you know what this means to me? Can’t you realize that if I don’t regain my real body, my life will be ruined forever! And Ran will—Ran will…” “Leave you? You fear that she will tire of waiting for you?” He remained silent, struggling to keep control of himself. “I know you’re desperate to return to normal, but there’s nothing I can do for you now,” Haibara told him directly. “You—how can you say that? All this was your fault! If you never developed this drug, then I wouldn’t have to suffer like this! I would be a regular high school detective and I wouldn’t need to keep lying to Ran! Do you even know how much I put Ran through because of you and your organization?” She clenched her fists. She could feel her whole body trembling. “Was she the only one who suffered? I was hurt, too!” she screamed and ran away sobbing. “Oy, Haibara! Wait!” Conan called to her, but she slammed the door and disappeared into the night. Braving the deathly chill of the night, Haibara ran blindly, wiping away hot tears, stumbling twice. She felt a stinging pain in her left knee. “Ow!” she groaned, then forced herself to get up. Ignoring the pain, she ran on as fast as she could. She just wanted to be alone, away from everyone else, away from him… He doesn’t understand! No one understands! Moments later, she bumped into someone. She rubbed her eyes and faced the stranger. “Hello there, little girl. Why are you crying?” the teenage girl asked, flicking her magenta hair back. “I’m not—I’m just…He…” she replied in a choky voice. “Oh? I guy made you cry? Listen now, girls shouldn’t cry because of trifles such as that.” “Who are you?” Haibara asked curiously. “I’m a student in Ekoda High.” “Ekoda? And why are you here?” “Oh, I felt the need to get away and think.” Akako replied casually. She proceeded to scrutinize Haibara from head to toe. Something was unusual about the girl’s aura. “You aren’t who you appear to be,” she announced at last. “What is seen is only a façade. The real you lies beneath a mask.” Haibara blinked twice. How did she guess? “What makes you think so?” “OHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHO!!! I know because I am a witch. I can see into your very soul.” “A witch possessing real magic? Sorry but I don’t buy into that,” Haibara replied skeptically. “I see you do not believe me. You do not believe in magic.” “Magic only works for dreamers. Science is for realists. Because of science, lives are saved,” …and destroyed. Because of the drug, I ruined his life. “What can magic do?” “Magic gives its possessor the power to control people’s minds and make them slaves,” was Akako’s mysterious reply. “Why would anyone desire that? Why are people hungry for power to the extent that they sacrifice countless lives in the search for it?” Why did Gin have to kill my sister? Why do people seek to gain power? Akako was caught off guard and tried to evade the question. “Your thoughts are deep. You cannot possibly be the girl you seem to be.” “Why do you want to control others?” Haibara pressed. I…because...“They should serve me. I am a witch and witches deserve to get whatever they want.” A witch, I’m not sure. A brat, definitely, Haibara thought. “So you do need something from them. What is it that you want so badly?” “What I want most is—is…” Akako could think only of the one thing she desired most: Kaito’s heart. She wanted him to love her. He was the only person in the whole world whose heart she could not take by force. She smiled understandingly. “Are you addressing me alone or yourself as well?” It was Haibara’s turn to be surprised. “What do you mean?” Akako gazed upward. Thousands of brilliant stars stretched across the horizon on that clear night. “You and I basically desire the same thing. Something which is not ours to keep. Yet still we keep wishing.” Haibara followed her gaze. The evening sky was such a beautiful sight, indeed. She lowered her gaze to face Akako. “And that thing is?” “You should know the answer.” Presently, they heard shouts. Conan and Professor Agasa were nearby. “It was nice meeting you, but I should leave now. Although the odds are against us, we keep on dreaming. It is not wrong to wish. I believe that if one wishes with all her heart and soul, it will surely be granted someday. Let’s meet again when that day arrives,” were Akako’s parting remarks as she turned to leave. Haibara turned around. Sure enough, she could see Conan and the professor waving to her. She looked back to say goodbye to the stranger, but Akako had already gone, as mysteriously as she had appeared. “Who was she? What are you doing here? We’ve been looking all over for you! Next time, don’t just run off all of a sudden!” Conan scolded her. “Sorry to be a burden, tantei-san,” Haibara replied emotionlessly. She took a deep breath and walked past him. “Oy! Where are you heading now?” “Back to Hakase’s house. Is there a problem with that?” What an annoying girl… “What’s wrong with her?” he asked Professor Agasa. He just shrugged. “Ai-kun! Wait up!” Ai. Love. Sorrow. Love brings with it much sorrow, but that sorrow strengthens love. She was always hurting inside. The wound she tried her hardest to close would reopen time and time again, bringing with it a raw ache. But it was all part of being human—loving, feeling pain, and waiting. In her heart, she promised that mysterious stranger that she would not give up. Although caring and loving hurt, she would continue to hope. A gentle breeze whipped up her hair. She looked up to see a shooting star streak across the sky. Maybe I could make a little wish. She sighed. “I’m starting to believe in magic.”

  6. Yeah. So I just finished. ENJOY!! HOORAY FOR AKAKO~~~!! OHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHO~~~!! "Good morning Akako-chan!" Aoko happily greeted her friend as she walked in through the door of their classroom. Akako looked up and gave a sly smile. The current boys in the classroom practically began to drool as they saw the witch. "Hello, Nakamori-chan. How are you?" "Good. And you?" "Perfectly fine." Akako sat down at her desk. Boys of all sizes began to gather around her. Akako smirked. How wonderful it felt to have all of her slaves fawning over her. All of the girls looked at the temptress with jealously burning in their irises. Aoko sweat-dropped as she looked at the clock hanging above the door. "Geez, it's almost time for class to start… Where's that idiot?" "Do you mean this idiot?" Kaito entered with his signature smirk. "Good morning to you too, Ahoko." "Bakaito! Where were you?" "Nowhere. Just having a little fun…" Laughter flashed in the magician's eyes. "You better not have played a prank anyone…" Aoko dangerously threatened, grabbing her mop. Akako watched on in amusement, her fingers playing with her magenta hair. "Why would you ever think that?" Kaito grinned. Suddenly, Saguru entered with his hair dyed hot pink with dark purple streaks. "Kuroba…" Aoko gasped and then glared at the delighted prankster. "KAITO…!" Kaito began to jump around the room on desks and Aoko began to swing her trusty mop. "GET BACK HERE!" "Not a chance!" Saguru sighed as he watched the pair. He started to walk to his desk, which was next to Akako's. "That bloody magician…" "Oh? Already a new hair color?" Akako teased. Her slaves were still surrounding her. The temptress noticed this. "Leave." "Yes, Akako-sama…" The boys sighed in disappointment. They all began to return to their desks. Saguru raised an eyebrow as he observed his classmate. "Interesting fan club you have." Akako smirked. Soon, you'll be just like the rest of them… "Oh? Jealous?" "Not in the slightest." Saguru answered with a small smile as Kaito landed neatly on the half-Brit's desk. "I think the colors suit you." The teenage magician gave a Cheshire Cat grin. "KAITOOOOOOOOOO!" "Gotta go!" Kaito continued leaping around the room. Aoko followed in close pursuit. Saguru rubbed his temples and Akako watched her two targets with interest. This will be fun… ))))))))))))))) Saguru began to get all of his things ready. Already the end of the school day… Kaito was with Aoko, also gathering their belongings. The room was silent, as it was only the three of them in the classroom. The half-Brit reached into his school uniform, looking for his prized pocket watch to check what the exact time was. The place where it was usually held was empty. He checked all of the other spots in his clothes, but to no avail. "Kuroba." "Yeah?" Kaito glanced at the Holmes fan with a small grin. "Where is my pocket watch?" Aoko immediately glared at Kaito. She knew how much that watch meant to the British detective. "Kaito…" Kaito looked puzzled. "Your watch is missing?" "KAITO! DON'T PLAY DUMB!" Aoko yelled, grabbing her trusty mop and proceeding to chase the magician around the classroom once again. "I didn't take it! I swear!" "STOP LYING!" "Nakamori-san, please stop." Aoko froze with her mop in mid-air as Saguru brushed his hand through his pink and purple hair. Kaito sighed in relief as he stopped springing around the room. "What?" Now Aoko was confused. "But… Didn't Kaito take your watch?" "Are you listening? I didn't take it!" The magician protested. "If Kuroba had taken it, he wouldn't have lied. He's not the type to do so." Aoko looked somewhat thoughtful while Kaito gave his signature smile. "At least Hakubaka is smart. Unlike a certain someone…" "WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?" The teen wielding a mop resumed the chase. Saguru blocked out the noises the pair was making by running around the room. Hm… If Kuroba didn't take it, what happened to it? I couldn't have lost it… Where did it go? Kaito apparently had enough with being chased around. He reached into one of his many hiding spots in his school uniform for his special card gun. Aoko saw this and charged at full speed. A moment later, Kaito was knocked onto the ground by the mop with Aoko standing above him. Both of them were shocked. Saguru looked at them in surprise as well. "K-Kaito…" Aoko stuttered, holding out a hand. "I-I'm sorry. I thought you were taking your card gun out and…" The magician quickly smiled, grabbing his childhood friend's hand and let his Poker Face take control. "Don't worry 'bout it, Ahoko." "Kuroba… Is your card gun missing?" The British detective questioned. Kaito began to check all his pockets. He didn't find it anywhere. "…It's not on me." "Just as I suspected." Saguru mused aloud. "Someone has deliberately stolen items that hold a special meaning to us." "But… Why would anyone want to do that?" Aoko curiously asked. "As of right now, I don't know." "Something the meitantei doesn't know…" Kaito half-heartedly joked. Although his Poker Face was in place, sorrow was reflecting in his deep indigo eyes. Saguru and Aoko could both tell he was worried, no matter how much he tried to hide it. Aoko's sky blue eyes softened. "Don't worry. We'll find it." "Idiot." Kaito muttered. "I'm not that upset." "Yes, you are. I know how much that meant to you. Wasn't it a present from your father?" Kaito paused for an instant as he saw memories flash through his mind. "Yeah." "Well, I would like to have my watch returned to me as soon as possible." Saguru added, seemingly wanting to comfort the magician. "My watch was also a gift. A gift that meant quite a lot to me." Kaito stared at the detective. Then he slowly smiled. "We'll definitely get your stuff back." Aoko said, determined. "Thanks, Aoko." "Of course! Now, where do we start looking?" ))))))))))))))))) Akako smirked as she strolled into her bedroom. She delicately sat down in front of her full length mirror. Once again, the witch asked the mirror the same question. The mirror nervously answered the previous day's answer. Akako smashed the mirror again and called for her servant to repair the poor mirror. This was a daily routine, and all three of them were used to it. The mirror noticed that today Akako hadn't seemed as upset as yesterday. It wondered why, but didn't dare ask. Her servant quickly left after repairing the beautiful piece of furniture as usual. The temptress laughed evilly as she carefully took out the missing pocket watch and card gun from her school bag. "This is too easy. Those fools hadn't even realized they were gone. Ohoho~!" She turned back to the mirror. The piece of furniture flinched and waited. "Mirror, show me where Hattori Heiji is and what he's doing." Akako demanded, gingerly putting the two items she'd stolen onto her dazzling bureau. The mirror obeyed its mistress. A moving scene slowly appeared with clarity. There was a tanned boy walking with a paler female with her hair in a ponytail. They looked like they were arguing back and forth. Akako smirked, her eyes glinting. "Now show me Hattori Heiji's special item." The scene blurred and a different picture appeared. The image showed a cell phone with a charm strapped to it. A homemade charm, to be exact. Akako laughed. "How cute…" She snickered. "I'll get to that later… Now, it's time for the final one. Kudou Shinichi… Mirror, show me Kudou Shinichi." The mirror began to search, but couldn't find the famous teen. Suddenly, it found a match between the missing detective and Edogawa Conan. The image of the elementary school boy surrounded by four other kids showed. Akako glared at the mirror. "What is the meaning of this?" "I do not know, Mistress. Edogawa Conan and Kudou Shinichi seem to match." The witch's eyes widened in disbelief. "How… How can that be? Hm…" She abruptly stood up and began to walk out of her room. Her servant noticed and began to follow. "Mistress, where are you going?" "The chambers. I must confer with Lucifer." "Yes, Mistress. As the legitimate successor of the scarlet arts… Only you deserve to rule the world." "Silence! I'm tired of hearing you repeat yourself every day." Akako began to drape a cloak over herself as a giant bubbling cauldron sat in front of her. "Yes, Mistress. " The attendant bowed. "I have also found your pet, Mistress." The temptress whirled around. "Where is he?" Her ugly slave vanished for a moment and then returned with the snake slithering beside him. The eighteen foot long king cobra started to stealthily glide up to its mistress, hissing. "There's my boy." Akako purred, as the humongous snake began to wrap around her body. "I've missed you. Where did you go?" The witch listened to the hissing. "I see… You went out to for an appetizer? Well, I hope you're not full yet… The main course is about to begin. Ohoho!" Akako picked up a seal that had a star on it and some ancient text. She began to chant as her pet and servant watched with curiosity. "To the King of all evil in this world, Lucifer! Show thy wretched form to me now, and grant an answer to my question!" The seal was dropped into the boiling cauldron. "Come forth, Lucifer, appear before me!" "Who dares? What fool would summon me…" A wispy smoke began to arise and twisted itself into the shape of the evil lord. "You again? What are you?" "Be silent and answer my question! Is Edogawa Conan and Kudou Shinichi one and the same?" "They are the same person." "How was he changed into Edogawa Conan?" "Two men in black fed him a poison that was supposed to kill. Instead, it shrunk Kudou Shinichi. He has since hid his identity and is now going by the name of Edogawa Conan." "That is enough. Be gone." Akako took the seal and ripped it in half. The demon king disappeared and the liquid inside the cauldron settled back to bubbling. The cobra hissed its nervous feelings. The temptress slyly smirked and began to stroke her pet. "Calm down, my beloved. You may leave, slave." The attendant bowed again and left. The titanic snake unraveled itself from the witch's body and began to follow her as she sauntered back to her bedroom and took off her cloak. "Now, we know the truth about Edogawa Conan." Akako sneered, sitting down on her throne. "And the final objective is to see what his item is. Mirror, what is Edogawa Conan's special object?" A picture of the top of Conan's face appeared. His glasses were in the center. Akako raised an eyebrow at this. "His glasses? What is so special about glasses?" The witch shrugged. "I suppose it helps hide his identity… Well, an item is an item. Tomorrow I shall get these objects and I can finally put my plan into motion. Ohoho~!" The king cobra hissed in agreement. Yeah. Akako has a snake. Well, she wears an outfit with snakes and her chamber where she casts spells has snakes, so... Yep. Anyway, I gave her a king cobra. It can be up to 18.5 feet long and venomous. But I wanted a big poisonous snake for a reason. So... What will happen next? You can guess. And I think all the items fit... Well, maybe except for the glasses... I didn't know what to do for Conan though. But it DOES help hide his identity. A little. And sorry, but I think I used less detail this time... Oh well. I hope you guys like this chapter! Please review and tell me what you thought. Thanks!

  7. Disclaimer: I do not own any of the characters of DC/MK. The idea of parallel universes belongs to CLAMP. Chelsea owns herself. I am nobody. Insanity is mutual. P.S.—this takes place in Chapter 7 of Into the World of Detective Conan Part 2 A/N: I swear I wrote this under the influence of Chelsea’s spell! So don’t kill me, okay? And if it sucks, then I’m so sorry. … Evening is the most silent part of the day. At night, everything comes to a standstill. Shops close and workers head home as everyone gets ready to rest. An hour before midnight in the city of Ekoda, not a sound was heard. The goddess of the night had sprinkled sweet sleep on everyone’s eyelids. All was tranquil and serene. In the sky, the moon and billions of glittering stars shone down on the peaceful city. Police officers doomed to the graveyard shift were able to relax. Nothing eventful would take place that night, they assured themselves. They were wrong. “OHOHOHOHO!!! I am the most beautiful and most powerful witch in this country. No one will ever defeat me! Every last person on Earth will be my slave!” Akako laughed insanely. She was seated on her throne, observing her reflection in the mirror. Yes, she was vain, but she had every right to be so. She stopped and frowned. “Except the Kaitou KID,” she hissed through gritted teeth. “Excuse me, Mistress, but don’t you remember the prophecy?” her servant interrupted. “What prophecy?” she snapped at the poor old man. “There is a prophecy that you will only gain the power to control everyone’s heart if a certain girl from another world comes to your aid,” he continued meekly. “Oh? Someone from a parallel universe?” She flipped back her long magenta hair and crossed her arms. “Mirror, mirror, on the wall, show me the face of this girl!” the witch commanded at once. The face of a fourteen-year-old about five feet in height, with shoulder-length black hair and slightly tan skin appeared. So this girl is the key to my plan. All I need to do is bring her here. I will need a spell to transport a person from another world. “Servant! Fetch me my spell book!” “Yes, Mistress,” he complied immediately. A minute later, he returned with the book. Lurching forward, he handed it to her. She grabbed it without the slightest gesture of gratitude. “You slowpoke! What took you so long?” she berated him. She ran her finger down several pages until she found the right spell. “Here it is.” She recited several phrases in an incomprehensible language--probably Greek, Latin, or Arabic. “Did the spell work, Mistress?” her servant inquired with fear and trembling. “How dare you ask that! Koizumi Akako’s spells never fail! However, summoning a person from another dimension requires an immense amount of power. There is a great possibility for her to land elsewhere in Japan.” Her servant dragged himself forward and stared at the reflection. “What will you do if that happens?” he asked with slight hesitation. “Hmm…I will have to put a mark on her so I can recognize her immediately.” Flipping over several leaves, she searched for the appropriate spell. After reciting several phrases from the book she reclined back on her throne and smirked wickedly. “OHOHOHOHOHO! The key which can unlock Kaito’s heart will be mine at last!” oOo The next morning, Chelsea awoke with a start. She was shivering. She curled up and hugged herself to keep warm. Stretching her arms, she rolled her eyes around the room and pushed herself up in bed. Only she wasn’t in bed. And this wasn’t her bedroom, either. Huh? She scanned her surroundings, visibly confused. Something was not right. There were skyscrapers and huge buildings on all sides, and people were walking back and forth. Still unable to grasp the situation, she rubbed her eyes, thinking she was dreaming. Then a pungent odor forced her to cover her nose. Then it hit her. “Oh great! What are that chances of waking up on the street beside a garbage bin?” she said aloud. A sleek black cat hissed fiercely at her. Why am I here? Did Conan and Kaito plot to kick me out of the house in the middle of the night? Or did something awful happen? She began to panic. Oh, I hope everyone’s alright! She quickened her pace. Then again, I think I just set the record for sleepwalking. On her way to Shinichi’s house, a seven-year-old girl dressed in pink accidentally bumped into her. “Oops! Sorry!” Ayumi apologized. “No, it’s my fault,” Chelsea countered. “Where are you going in such a hurry, Ayumi-chan?” “Eh? How did you know my name? Have we met before?” Ayumi asked with a puzzled look. Before Chelsea could reply, Genta waved to Ayumi. “Oy, Ayumi! Hurry up so we can play games at Hakase’s!” he shouted. “Coming, Genta-kun! Excuse me, but I have to go!” she said and skipped away. “Hey, wait!” Bewildered, Chelsea reached forward, but the kids had already rounded the corner. She decided to follow them to Professor Agasa’s house with one thought in mind: something was definitely wrong. The three kids knocked on the door and marched in gaily. Before the door slammed shut, she barged inside, startling everyone. “Where’s Conan-kun?” she demanded. Conan stood up. “I’m here.” “Oh, good. Now, would kindly explain WHY I ended up on the street this morning?” “Huh? I don’t understand what you’re saying. Do I know you?” Chelsea deadpanned. “Is this a prank? Well stop joking around, ‘cause I don’t like it. Of course you know who I am!” Conan thought for a moment, and then turned to the Professor. “Do you know her?” he asked perplexedly. Professor Agasa rubbed his chin in an attempt to recall anything about the stranger. Finally, he shook his head and shrugged. “It’s the truth! I’m telling you, my name’s Chelsea. I’m from another world. And in you world I’m called Edogawa Miyuki. I’m supposed to be your sister, remember?” Apparently none of this registered in Conan’s mind. He stared blankly at her. “Uh, I think you must be mistaken, Miss. I’ve never met you before.” “We’re supposed to defeat the Black Organization together, remember? The Boss blackmailed us, threatening to kill our friends if we don’t cooperate. My codename is Midori and yours is Riesling,” she continued, almost desperately. Conan’s eyes widened in shock. He pulled her aside so the kids wouldn’t hear their conversation. “How do you know about those black crows? Just who are you?” he said in a slight whisper. “I’m Chelsea! Why can’t you remember who I am?” Conan shook his head. “The name doesn’t ring a bell. Let me add that I have photographic memory.” “You know KID’s real identity! And you confessed your secret to Ran!” she protested vehemently. “You—know who I am? Then you must be a member of the Black Org. But…” He stared at her as if she were out of her mind. “Why would I tell Ran the truth about who I am?” “But you did!” she insisted. Conan eyed her suspiciously. “Chelsea-san, I don’t know who you are, but stay away from my friends. I don’t want them to be involved in my problem. And if you turn out to be a spy of those Men in Black, I will surely bring you down,” he warned. “But--” “Hakase, what was she talking about? What’s the Black Organization?” inquired Mitsuhiko. “Yeah, I want to know, too! If it’s a case, then it’s not fair if only Conan knows about it!” pleaded Genta. Professor Agasa cleared his throat. “If you won’t mind, we’re a little busy here.” He kindly opened the door and led her out. “Sorry, but we can’t help you. But have a good day!” “A good day?” Chelsea repeated sarcastically as the door was shut. “This has to be the worst day of my life!” Back inside, the children voiced their opinions about her. “She must be an otaku,” guessed Mitsuhiko. “One of my cousins is an otaku,” volunteered Ayumi. “I have a cousin who calls me names from manga characters. One day I’m the cat from Pokemon; the next, I’m the bully from Doraemon, then I’m the raccoon from Inuyasha, and finally, the panda in Ranma ½!” shared Genta. “Your cousin should be checked by a doctor,” advised Ayumi. “I wonder why there are people like that?” Chelsea listened to their conversation from the outside. You…are getting on my nerves… A low growl in her stomach reminded her that she was hungry. She dug into her pockets but could find no money. Wait. Why am I wearing a yukata? She checked her reflection on a car mirror and gasped, stunned by what she saw. “AND WHY IS MY HAIR DYED BLUE WITH ORANGE STRIPES?!!” she screamed, then facepalmed. No wonder those kids think I’m crazy! I got to rinse this off. She looked around. People were staring at her, making her face redden. Losing no time, she dashed to find a public restroom. Twenty minutes later, the dye still wouldn’t come off. “What is this stuff?” she whined, beginning to panic again. I’m hungry and alone; all my friends are suddenly acting like I’m an alien from another galaxy, and I don’t have a single cent. What am I supposed to do now? An idea popped into her head: she could ask her classmates for help—if they even remembered who she was. She rushed to her school, but to her complete surprise, the building was gone. Panting for breath, she leaned on a post. Nailed to it was a sign that said: Transferred to Ekoda. “I wish I were in Ekoda now,” she murmured aloud. Instantly, dark smoke swirled around her and in the blink of an eye, she found herself in a different location. What happened? Did I just teleport myself? she thought, speechless. oOo Akako was sitting in class, going through her usual routine at Ekoda High when she suddenly felt a strange aura. An unfamiliar presence was in the vicinity. A wicked smirk showed on her face. Kaito drummed his fingers on his desk as Hakuba stared fixedly at him. Several girls were busy gossiping in their seats and the teacher went on with her lecture as though nothing had happened. My guest, she glanced out the window and saw a raven perched outside, has arrived. ... Does anyone want to bash me? Well please do it. I won't mind cause I know that I suck. But Chelsea's awesome! So, perhaps someone could leave a review, and I'll upload the next chapter soon.

  8. Conan layed on the couch at the Mouri Detective Agency, bored half to death. Hattori and Kazuha were on vacation in Karuizawa for the weekend with their parents, and Kogoro was out on a forced date with Eri, courtesy of Ran. "At least Ran is enjoying herself," he sighed, peering over his shoulder. She was flipping through a photo album she'd dug up from when her parents had been dating, beaming as she looked over Kogoro and Eri's past. Right as he decided to go out for the day, there was a knock on the door. "A client?" Ran inquired, glancing up from the book. Knowing it would be better to allow the person in than wait for Mouri-san, Conan went to the front door and pulled it open to see four teens standing there. The three boys looked calm and collected, but the girl, who had long straight hair a few shades lighter than Haibara's and sky-blue eyes, seemed extremely anxious. "Wow, you guys are really here?" said one of the male teens. Conan couldn't tell how tall he was since he was in a wheelchair, but he was thin, and his brown ponytail hung down behind the back of his chair. Upon a closer look he discovered that he had one brown eye, and one blue behind his round glasses. The other two stood tall, likely the leaders of the group. The slightly shorter boy was blonde, and had the same eyes as the girl. Once he had let them in Conan took a look at the last high schooler. He was the tallest by possibly a few centimeters, with raven hair and violet eyes that sat behind rectangular-framed spectacles, studying Conan as well. As they sat down, Ran went to the kitchen to get tea, leaving him to question the teens. "Why are you here?" he inquired. The girl, who introduced herself as Amari Kira, replied, "That was sort of what we were going to ask. You are an anime character, and by all laws of nature, we shouldn't be here. This can't be a dream, so use your deductive skills and tell us how to leave." "Eh? What are you talking about?" At this the leader of the group stated, "You are high school detective Kudo Shinichi. The black organization's Gin gave you poison that made you small, and you are living with Ran and her father to get the Apotoxin antidote." Conan froze. "Who are you?" The boy smirked and began, "I am Ryoka Boy's Academy Class A's Hande Mura, and this is Osawa Minoru." He pointed at the boy in his wheelchair, who smiled kindly. Then the blonde teen announced, "I am Amari Seiji, and you have already met my sister, Kira." Conan sighed. "I meant to ask where you came from and how you know about me," he whispered as Ran reappeared, carrying a tray with cups of green tea and plates of cake. Minoru tore a sheet of paper from the sketch pad on his lap, where he had written an explanation during the introductions. "We are from the real world," he read silently, thinking, That makes absolutely no sense. He read on regardless, "For some reason the link we took to look at a detective conan world site brought us here. And now we need your help to get back to reality." "Oi, oi," he mumbled, wondering why the hell these people all seemed to be having the same delusions. While the others were busy talking to Ran, Kira-san tiptoed over to where Conan sat. "Okay, it's going to seem really weird in a minute because they are going to talk about Shinichi-kun, but he's not you. Our Shinichi is actually Natake Rin, but there was a whole attempt to get her in the Witness Protection Program that failed." At his clueless expression the girl simply said, "Anyway don't get confused, and don't say anything to the others cause they don't know." "O-kaay?" The rest of the group directed their attention toward Conan, who they knew was capable of helping them, and Mura produced a photograph from his chest pocket. It was of a shortish high schooler with black hair and intense dark green eyes. "This is our classmate Natake Shinichi," he stated, sliding the picture over to Conan. Ran looked at the photo over his shoulder as the boy continued. "We need you to find him."

  9. Avatar grossed far more than any DC movie, and on a world-wide scale. So obviously the odds of having the full movie on the internet before its DVD release were higher.

  12. Disclaimer: I DON'T OWN THE CHARACTERS OF DETECTIVE CONAN OR MAGIC KAITOU. I DO OWN MY INSANE LAUGH. Hey guys! It's been a while.. .Sorry I haven't been able to update. I've been busy with Theater Camp. Were doing a show Glee style... And it's in a few days. Guess who I am? HINT: I'm Asian. ...THAT'S RIGHT! I'm Tina! Anyway, back to the main subject. Akako is my FAVORITE character! THE WORLD NEEDS MORE AKAKO! So, I decided to make this story. This was my original idea: Wouldn't it be awesome is there was a story when Akako gets Shinichi/Conan's, Heiji's, Hakuba's, and Kaito's hearts and they're her slaves? And then there would be a story about rescuing them...! OHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHO! I'm REALLY grateful to Cam-chan (Cammy3131) for making the story Stolen for me as a birthday present, but I really wanted to write something, so I started writing this. :3 I also tried to work on detail, as Aya-chan (Aeyra) told me to. Here's my attempt. Please enjoy~~~! "What's wrong, Mistress?" Koizumi Akako looked up at her servant with antipathy. "You disgust me every time I look at you." "Forgive me, Mistress." The old shriveled servant bowed so low his nose almost touched the silky red carpet. "But please tell me. What is bothering your beautiful mind?" The witch sighed, twirling her magenta locks. "It's not worth mentioning." "Understood, Mistress." "Leave." The servant bowed once again and closed the blood-colored curtains to the entrance of the room. Akako sat on her throne with another sigh as she heard fading footsteps. The furniture was specially crafted. Made from the finest material, the most comfy cushion you could ever hope to find, it was truly a throne fit for royalty. The color was red, of course. A dazzling bureau sat next to the throne. Many items lay neatly in their respective spots. She picked up a hand mirror with sparkling rubies on it. A gorgeous full length mirror faced her. She stared at her reflection. How could there ever be a person as stunning as her? She laughed. There never would be. "Mirror, mirror, on the wall, who's the fairest of them all?" The same words were asked every day. Every day, the answer was the same. "That would be you, Akako-sama." The mirror responded. "All of the men in the world are your slaves, Akako-sama." Akako braced herself. She always hated the next part. Bear with it. She scolded herself. Remember, you must ask every day or… The mirror's voice brought her back to reality. "Except for four…" There was a pause. "WHAT?" She screamed. She hurled the hand mirror at the larger one. There was a loud cracking sound as shattered glass rained to the scarlet carpet. Akako was in shock. For the first time in what seemed forever, the answer was different. The witch always wished the answer would change, but not to this! She knew one who could repel her charms, but three more as well? How was this possible? "Who are these ingrates?" The temptress tried to calm herself. Four blurry images slowly appeared as the mirror struggled to speak. "Kaitou Kid…" Akako waited impatiently. "Yes, yes! I know that! Who else?" "Hakuba Saguru…" The witch's eyes widened as the picture became more clear. "That British fool?" She always thought there was something different about him, but… "Hattori Heiji." "The Great Detective of the West?" Akako had heard of him, but she never particularly cared. She had heard Saguru complain about how hot-blooded he was after coming back from a case, but… Akako snapped back into actuality. "And who is the final one?" She demanded, fury filling her tone. "…Kudou Shinichi." The mirror spoke the last name. The detective who was rumored to be dead. The rival of Kaitou Kid. The one in the helicopter she had felt that night at the Clock Tower heist. Of course. Scarlet aura began to form around the teenage temptress. "These four men… Kuroba Kaito… Hakuba Saguru… Hattori Heiji… Kudou Shinichi… You will all be my slaves! OHOHOHO!" She began laugh insanely. After a few minutes, she stopped and composed herself. "Servant!" She barked. Immediately, the curtain to the entrance of her bedroom was opened. "Yes, Mistress?" "Fix the mirror." "Yes, Mistress." He hastily walked over. He took a deep breath and began to cast a quick 'Fix' spell. Within a minute, the mirror was shining once again. "Thank you." The mirror expressed its gratitude. "No need for thanks. We have discussed this, have we not?" If it could, the mirror would've smiled. The servant and it had become good friends, after having to fix it every time Akako broke the mirror. Which was every day. "I'm finished, Mistress." "I can see that. Now, fetch my spell book." "Yes, Mistress." The servant scurried to fetch the thick book from the bookcase in the room. He carefully picked the right book and hurried back to his mistress. "Here, Mistress." "Good." Akako delicately took the book. "Now get out of my sight." An evil smirk began to appear on the witch's features as her servant left. She began to flip through the book until she found what she was looking for. "'The Slave's Heart'." Akako laughed again. "This spell… This spell won't be as easily dispatched as last time." She started to read the ingredients. "One dragon's whisker… One mermaid's tear… One eye of the Kappa… And finally, part of the victim." The temptress sneered with delight. "This will be fun… Ohoho!" )))))))))))))))))) In their four respective places, Kuroba Kaito, Hakuba Saguru, Hattori Heiji and Edogawa Conan shuddered. "What's this feeling?" Saguru muttered, holding his tea cup in hand. The half-Brit shrugged after a moment and continued to drink his hot tea. )))))))))))))))))) Kaito stopped bickering with Nakamori Aoko as they were in the middle of a wild goose chase again on the way home from school. Aoko noticed Kaito freeze and skidded to a stop. "What's wrong Kaito?" The mop wielding girl asked, slightly concerned. "Nothing." Kaito's Poker Face took over and he smiled. But inside, he began to worry. 'That felt like something ominous…' )))))))))))))))))) "-ji! Heiji!" Toyama Kazuha waved her hand in front of her childhood friend. "Ya there?" "Eh?" Heiji looked at the aikido champion. "Geez, ya totally spaced out there!" Kazuha snorted, annoyed. "Is somethin' wrong?" "No… It's nothin'." Heiji shook his head. 'What was that? Chills went up my spine…' "C'mon! Let's go, ahou!" "I'm not da ahou, ahou!" )))))))))))))))))) Conan suddenly stopped in place, frozen. The Detective Boys noticed and stopped as well. They were walking home together from school. People busily passed by as the sun shined brightly. "Conan-kun?" Yoshida Ayumi looked at her crush. "Something wrong?" Kojima Genta wondered. "Conan-kun? Hello?" Tsubaraya Mitsuhiko glanced at his friend. "E-Eh?" Conan came back. "You suddenly stopped walking." Haibara Ai informed the shrunken teen. "Eh, sorry…" The chibi detective apologized. "It's okay!" Genta shouted. "Now let's hurry home for the new episode of Kamen Yaiba!" "Yeah!" The other two kids agreed. "Bye Conan-kun! Bye Haibara-san!" They all began to run, leaving the two non-children behind. "Kudou-kun… What was that?" Ai quietly questioned. "Nothing, really… Just felt a chill. It felt pretty ominous though…" Ai shivered. 'Like when I feel Them…' "Hm… Make sure to be careful then. Your instincts aren't known for being wrong after all." "Yeah…" 'What's waiting ahead?' Sorry, it's short... Well, I hope you guys liked it. I hope I used enough detail... AYA-CHAN... Oh! Guess what? My iPod Touch was stolen a while ago. So I sent a letter to the owner of the place where it was stolen. He never replied... Anyway, I'm getting it tomorrow! I'm SO EXCITED! It's gonna be 4th Generation and 32GB! The last one i had was 3rd Generation 8GB. I hope you liked it! Please tell me what you thought! Thanks!
