Redirect or Disambig
I noted that the vast majority of wikilinks incoming (~200-250 of them) refer to Conan Edogawa. I think it may be better to keep this page as a redirect, since most links are for Edogawa Conan, not Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and leaving a redirect template at the top of Conan Edogawa noting that "'Conan' redirects here, see Arthur Conan Doyle".
