Minako Shiba (芝 美奈子 ,Shiba Minako) is a Japanese animator and character designer. She does key animation and animation director works for Detective Conan anime and movies.

Minako was born in Kanagawa Prefecture, and graduated from Chiyoda Institute of Technology (千代田工科芸術専門学校). From 2009, she was affiliated with Studio C-ZOO.

According to Japanese media reports, the animation production company Studio Pierrot and many other industry posted obituaries, that on the afternoon of March 14, 2021, Minako died of cancer metastasis at the age of 50.

Apart from being the assistant animation director in The Cornered Famous Detective! Two Big Murder Cases, she also did key aniamtion in The Girl from the Black Organization and the University Professor Murder Case and The Falling from Mt. Ryujin Case.
