Detective Conan in Iran
Info
Language: Farsi (Persian)
Continents: Middle East

In Iran, Detective Conan is known under the name کاراگاهان کوچک, which was used for the Persian dub of the movies. The manga nor anime were not translated into Farsi.

Anime

Sometime in 2016, without any license nor notification by TMS, movies starting with The Lost Ship in the Sky were aired on IRIB Nahal (a channel aimed at children 6+ and also illegally airs programs in Farsi). Due to the movies airing on a children's channel and Iran is Islamic, many scenes are censored.

It has also aired on its teen counterpart, IRIB Omid.

Manga

Although the regular manga series was not translated in Persian, in 2026, Zero's Tea Time started being published by Entesharat Negah under the name مامور مخفی (Mamor Mokhfi, literally Secret Agent) with the additional title Zero's Tea Time[1].
