Conan follows the quiz card slipped under to the 7th car where a man, Etsuto Murobashi, is shot by a mysterious masked man.
The Detective Boys try to figure out how the murderer made car 7 "disappear".
Haibara feels a menacing aura from one of the passengers and feels he looks similar to a man from the Black Organization called Dai Moroboshi.
Conan figured out how car 7 disappeared. Sonoko, Ran, and Sera helped the culprit during the mystery challenge.

As the train is passing through a tunnel, Etsuto Murobashi was murdered!
