Every ten years, a so-called "Jewelry Washing Festival" is held to wash jewels and hopefully increase their value. Our "Detective Taxi" Genki Ishikawa, having been denied cooperation from Kogoro, will investigate by himself about a suspicious duo at this event, but how this investigation turns out remains a mystery...^[1]
