But...but...the story I just finished reading is soooooooo tragic. Waaaah!!!

Han's Christian Andersen's original version of The Little Children is definitely going to instill some sort of fear of falling in love in children.

........

I'll skip this one. =\

@Twin: In a way, yes. I've read two versions, adapted and Disney (and we all know Disney doesn't do sad endings). Adapted version was in Chinese. :V You're talking about where the girl commits suicide because she can't bring herself to kill the prince, right?

EDIT:

@Mark: But you ran over me! D:

DDDDDD: Don't cry! DDDDDD:

*chases*

You should try The Little Prince sometime. It's relatively short (from what I remember) and is a classic.

Yeah, although she didn't kill herself in the original. The contract stated that she would dissolve into sea foam if the prince married someone else.

But wait, Disney DOES do sad endings. LOOK WHAT SORT OF CRAP THEY TURNED POCAHONTAS PART TWO INTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
