i was on my facebook account normally when i noticed this picture:

i got excited when i saw this picture and i was thinking if this is a movie or a special or something about conan. Unfortunately i can't read japanese and if u take a look at the picture you will find it all in japanese! So i was asking if anyone knows how to read japanese can u do me a favor and translate what is written in the picture!

I think he was referring to the fact Ran was hand drawn and thus doesn't match official art. This is clearly a fanmade poster.

Yeah, the art style doesn't quite match up with the 'official' Detective Conan art or the Magic Kaito Special art styles. The facial proportions and angles are off quite a bit as well, take a look at Toichi's face.

I'm leaning towards it's fanart as well, but lemme see what I can find.

Edit: Japanese Wiki, Anime News Network and Asa-search do not list any new Kaitou Kid appearances, nor any new Detective Conan ovas.

The latest Detective Conan news on Websunday's page is that Gosho is making an appearance in a live action series 'Aibou' (相棒) on New Year's day.

-Aibou is a police drama, and he's appearing as a tech in a crime lab.
