Just see the character cast of the movie. If you know the characters in it just watch it, if not wait until those characters are introduced in the anime to prevent any spoilers, although movies are non-cannon.

Can't give you the exact episode, but if I'm remembering correctly it's somewhere around ep 70. The people who visit the "Anime series" subforum here could probably tell you the exact episode though.
