There is no schedule for upcoming Kid cases in the manga either; they come when they come. Occasionally there is a note that the next case will be a Kid case when the current case ends. New Magic Kaito manga cases seem to only happen when there are promotional reasons... 1

Considering how off the manga it started going, I'm kind of surprised they haven't spinning it more off (tbh I'm more than okay with that). I also found it interesting they gave him a theme, and then never used it again.
