Basically this guy (fish) is getting into the Salty Spitoon, a place for tough guys. And the person in the front asks, "How tough are ya?" And then true examples are given to show how tough you are. (for the game at least) XD I got the idea from the Nuzlocke forums, since they had the game. Thought it would be fun. An example of the meme~ And for the game, it basically goes like this: First person: Welcome to the Salty Spitoon- how tough are ya? Second person: I read all 828 chapters of Detective Conan... without stopping once. :x (of course, it has to be true. XD) Welcome to the Salty Spitoon- how tough are ya?
