*Cough* *Cough* KKLT grabbed her chest. Some of her ribs seems to be broken. "Are you okay?" Pyre asked KKLT. "Yea. Sorry... to have brought trouble to you guys..." KKLT apologised. "What are you talking about?!" Lia reprimanded. "If it ain't for you, the plan wouldn't have worked! Rather, I feel sorry for having you go through this..." "Lia..." "Guys, this isn't the time for this! We have to get moving! Hurry!" Pyre hurried the rest. "Hang in there, the path ahead would be a bumpy ride!" Monsi told KKLT and he started running. *huff* *huff* *huff* KKLT could hear Monsi's constant breathing while running. The blood continued to drip from her shoulders. She pressed down on the wound but she knew it wouldn't help much. She felt sick and felt like throwing up, but she took a deep breath and held it back. "Ah... I saw Misaki chan..." KKLT said softly. "You saw her...?!" Lia replied, "Did you talk to her?" "Yea... In fact, I was ordered to be brought to her..." KKLT answered. "So... I got the chance to talk to her one-on-one." "She and you...what?!" Sayomi quickly covered her mouth. "You mean she was the one who did this to you?!" "No... no... not really." KKLT muttered. "Anyways, as planned I made her aware of the situation. I'm sure I placed some doubt in her identity. She'll soon try to find out more." "Great job KKLT." Pyre replied. "I'm sure your sacrifice will pay off." "Thanks Pyre..." KKLT smiled weakly. "But I really hope I get a chance to speak to Aeyra and Chelsea as well..." "Don't worry about it Legend..." Monsi replied. "You've already done more than enough." "...I hope so, Monsi..." KKLT continued, "...at least I got to speak with my best friend, and very first friend." Everybody smiled back at her. The team ran down the flight of steps, turned a corner and hid behind a pillar. They have reached the main lobby. "The exit is just there." Pyre scanned the surroundings from behind the pillar. "Looks like nobody is here, let's go." "Right." Everyone took action and rushed towards the main door. "CRKKKKK!!!!" "NGK!" Pyre jumped backwards all of a sudden. Someone had shot a bullet and she evaded it barely, with the bullet grazing her feet. Everyone froze. They realised that the enemy was already hiding in the main lobby awaiting their arrival. Five people walked out from their hiding spots, two of them are very familiar to the team. "Tch." Monsi expressed annoyment. "Che-Chelsea, Aeyra!" Lia gasped. Pyre's brow furrowed. "Ahh... Chelsea, Aeyra!" KKLT exclaimed. "Urgh..." KKLT groaned as she pushed Monsi away to get down. "Hey... wai-" "Its okay Monsi... Im feeling better now..." KKLT got off of Monsi's back. "That is Krev and Nero..." KKLT pointed to the two guys she met awhile ago. "I heard Misaki chan call them that. I don't know about the woman though..." KKLT turned her sight to the woman she has seen for the first time. "You guys are going nowhere." Krev spoke to them before turning to his comrads. "Take this as our first mission guys..." Chelsea and Aeyra nodded. "Chelsea! Aeyra!" Lia was shocked by their reactions. "KKLT! Catch!" Pyre threw a gun to KKLT. "Thanks..!" her shoulder hurt while she lifted it but she caught the gun successfully. "Are you sure you wanna do this?" asked the concerned Monsi. "No other choice is there?" KKLT replied. "Guess not..." Monsi drew his gun as well. Pyre suddenly drew herself closer to Lia and Sayomi and whispered something to them. The two girls nodded. She then whispered something to BK and WH and both girl's expression changed but eventually they nodded too. WH turned and told something to Monsi. KKLT wondered what they were talking about. Monsi hesitated, but nodded as well. "I don't know what you guys are planning, but there's no way all of you can get out of this alive." Krev said. "Yea! So just be good and don't waste our time!" Nero grumbled. "...Just when I thought I could continue with my new game!!!" he continued to complain. "Nero... we're doing serious stuff here..." the woman reminded the boy. "Yea... yea... fine..." the boy looked annoyed. "So, how do you guys wanna do it?" the woman smirked. "The easy way, or the hard way?" "Ready guys?" Pyre asked. "Ready." everyone answered. "Then... NOW!" Pyre threw a smoke bomb infront of her and the entire main lobby is covered with smoke. Surprised, KKLT froze at her position. The smoke covered her vision within a few seconds and she found herself choking in the smoke. Suddenly, she felt someone grabbing her. At close range, she found out it was Monsi. "It's me. Let's go!" The boy pulled her onto his back and ran out of the building. A couple of shots rang in the air. KKLT did not know who fired the shot, nor whether anyone got shot by it. She felt Monsi running and the smoke slowly clearing as they left the building. However, she had taken in too much smoke and before she could get hold of the situation, everything went dark...again. ------------------------------- OKAY I KNOW IT WAS A LONG POST. I typed for very long...
