Erm... Okay... Let's try...

KKLT woke in the middle of the night wondering what happened to the rest of the team, and why they had left her behind. The plan has been carried out successfully... so why? What had Pyre told the rest of the guys before they escaped? According to the plan, they were to escape with BK. They had done more than what they are supposed to do. They even rescued Sayomi and Monsi and the others and even took the files from the archives. So they should be heading to the base now to research on the articles. But why did they not bring her along? KKLT thought nervously to herself.
The night was dark and too quiet. KKLT started to feel uneasy. She had taken painkillers and her wounds are less hurting. Maybe she ought to check out what's going on with the others... She stood up and walked out of the room.
The corridors are dark and unlit... but after a long sleep, her eyes are already used to the darkness. She randomly walked down the corridors and found a lit room. She walked into the room and found the girl who nursed her sleeping on the desk full of papers. She fidgeted around abit and opened her eyes.
"Ah... KKLT." the girl called out to the KKLT trying to sneak out of the room.
"Erm... hi!" KKLT turned and answered, trying to hide the awkwardness of being discovered trying to sneak out of bed when she is not supposed to.
"What are you doing out of bed?" asked the girl.
"Ah... hahaha I was... trying to find the... restroom!" lied KKLT, trying to find a reason.
"But there is a restroom in your room..." the girl saw through it immediately.
"Ah... I see... hahaha..." KKLT replied embarassed.
"I know you are worried, but there's nothing you can do right now."
"I know... " KKLT responded. "But I need to know where the rest are right now or I'll feel so uneasy! I can't sleep without knowing what happened... and why they... left me behind..."
The girl stood up and brought KKLT to the chair beside her. "Don't worry. They are fine." the girl told KKLT. "I've just received news that they reached the base already... and don't worry, they didn't leave you behind because they think you are trouble."
"Then why?"
"You should know best don't you?" the girl answered. "You are in bad condition and they are on the run. If they take too long to escape, or worse still get caught, you'd be in danger. That's why they have to leave you to us and continue to be the bait."
"... Wait... us?"
"Yea... there's two of us here. Me and Y. He was the one who brought you here." the girl replied. "Then he left to settle some other stuff."
"I see..."
"Anyway, once you're feeling better, we will be moving off to base. We have to meet up with the rest soon." the girl told KKLT. "But we need you to get better first or it will be trouble if anything happens along the way."
"Right. Thanks." KKLT smiled to the girl. She was relieved that everyone had managed to reach the base and that she'd be able to meet up with them as soon as she got better.
"Right! So you'd better go off to sleep right away!" the girl started pushing KKLT out of the door and towards her room. "You want to recover quick don't you?!"
KKLT climbed back to her own bed and this time, she managed to drift back into sleep... peacefully.
