oh fighting umbreon? use any fighting type move. if you have typhlosion, you can teach focus blast and one hit KO. if not, well, any fighting type move will do except rock smash

Soul Silver! I have both Heart gold and Soul Silver have you EV trained them? since it's umbreon, you should EV train for sp. Att and speed.

For delivering speech, I can do that if I just practice and "memorize" (meaning knowing what I'm saying) the speech. Just that stage freight is a bit of trouble... Still revising my essay for the millionth time ...
