Don't overstress yourself with work and stuff. I'm stressed as well, but remember to get out in the open air sometimes.

People say stress gives you gray/white hair, but here is the fact: IT IS NOT STRESS. Gray/White hair is genetically passed on. Ask your parents ans your grand parents if you don't believe me.
