Basics or beginner. I know some Hiragana, know a few commonly used phrases and words, etc. Most of what I know comes from anime/manga.

It was actually quite simple if you took the time to draw it out and eliminate the ones that held possibility for other colors.

Either Heiji or Hakuba, I think I'll go with Heiji for this one.

I agree with Maurice, but I solved it later than him. Red-Green, because if Person A had Green-Green or Red-Red and if Person C had Green-Green or Red-Red, then Person B could only have Red-Green. I didn't use the hints, just drew it all out.
