If everything in this world was transparent, what would we see? Would we even be able to see?

The reason we can see things is the refraction of light in our corneas. If we were transparent, then light would probably pass through our corneas rather than refract. What would we see then? Probably nothing, which brings us back to the question you asked in your status earlier

There would still need to be a source of light to see so I guess we'd see light and if everything is transparent like glass then we can see probably form prisms and see rainbows. Or just simply turn off the lights lol.
