Ahh, good times. As a senior in high school, the hype of getting grades back has died down. There aren't any more nosy people, because everyone has screwed up at least once in his or her life when it comes to grades. Once your classmates begin to empathize with each other (and I mean actually, not the fake-sweet kind) and become more mature, you'll realize no one really cares about other people's grades. Whenever we get grades back, everyone keeps to themselves. Maybe a couple of words are exchanged, but all those previously obnoxious people have finally grown up a bit and keep their traps shut.

Bruh. I'm not trying to get to you to retract your previous statement of MK1412's animation being "amazing", I was just stating how I felt about it and provided some examples. You can say what you want to say and believe what you want to believe.

Ehh, don't really want to argue, but I've always seen animation as objective and art as subjective. And if you say that MK1412 isn't an action based show and thus the examples above do not apply, then I'll just give you a few examples of action-less shows that have far superior animation to MK1412. Compare MK1412: with these examples from Hyouka and Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso respectively: Calling everything above "amazing" would be a bit of an insult to the latter two, don't you think? And MK1412 could seriously do with better animation, like the treatment Hyouka and Shigatsu received. What is has now is a bit of an eyesore and makes the whole series just not something I can take seriously when it wants to be taken seriously.

I know these AP Bio chapters aren't going to study themselves for the FRQ tomorrow, but here I am on DCW after watching a couple of anime episodes doing jack squat.

Alright, Santa's pretty much said everything I wanted to say, though I do feel I need to add some things. If you find something "really really hard" then ask for help. If it's a homework problem, go through the steps as best as you can even if you end up with the wrong answer. Then ask friends how they got the answer, not if you can copy their work. When you grow up you'll realize there is no shame in being wrong and asking questions; school isn't all about being the "coolest" kid in your class. If your classmates can't help then ask the teacher. Ignoring a problem you can't do is the worst possible option. Figure out how to get it done, and then get it done. Sure you're young now, but if you refuse to start building good habits now, then don't throw tantrums over your first failing grade when you enter high school and puberty kicks into high gear and expect others to sympathize.

You should check out the manga or light novel counterpart. It's drastically different, so you can see it is as an alternate (and original) route to the story.

Different strokes for different folks. I have very high expectations and standards when it comes to anime, for good or for worse. I'm standing by my statement that MK1412's animation has improved since episode 1 but has not yet reached average level yet. "Amazing" is reserved for only a select few anime that not only have good animation but also take directional and artistic risks as well as provide a unique and groundbreaking visual experience. I would rather not water down the definition of the word "amazing" by tacking it on to MK1412.

Heh, it feels like forever since I was ten. I didn't even get an e-mail address until I was in middle school, let alone a forum account. Times they are a changin', though I guess I've always been a late bloomer so maybe I'm the only one my age who's really noticed the stark difference from years ago. And not to mention I'll be going to college next year.
