So, OK I read London arc and the following cases (252, final operation room) which deal a bit follow up on London arc. Then I start to lose interest in manga and considered wait for anime. And Sera come, the rest is history, I follow manga now. Why I'm not spoiled? I'm ok with spoil sometime (I know Jodie and Kir's identities before read the reveal). And I just just join the discussion after I start follow manga.

Remember in Ryoma case, Conan let it slip that his mother was an actress that play in drama involve Ryoma. But as said above i hope Kid not got too involve.

If the hat lady is Yukiko and what she said with Vermouth is highly likely "Long time no see, Sharon" or something that will let Vermouth know her cover is blow . Would her reaction make sense. Vermouth's reaction is not that strong. And after one's cover is blow of, would you go on and try to use that cover to deceive a sharp detective a panel afterward?

This will prove (to BO) that Boubon and Vermouth's information is not false (Mean Sherry did get on the train and Vermouth saw her, although Ai don't know this.) I don't sure what will happen to Amuro (under theory that he is Bourbon).
