I've got 16 frames of my shimeji done. :3 Only problem is, there's random blotches, but those can be fixed later...

Well, you have to take an existing one and then just change each file in the img folder to one of your own design. I'm tracing over the poses for some, but I have to draw my own from scratch too. But copying and pasting the head saves a bunch of time! XD
