Does anyone use any instant messaging stuff? I use AIM, Yahoo, and Windows Live. I'm looking into getting Skype, soon, because that sounds like it would be so much fun! I just need to get a microphone headset, though. My screen names are in my profile!

I love the River of Dreams album! My favorite song on their is "Shades of Grey." The origins around that whole album are sad, most of the songs are written about his brother in law who embezzled all of his money.
I'm going to listen to "Shades of Grey" now!

And that's awesome! I wanted to be a web developer when I was younger, but I stunk so I didn't bother to keep going. I'm much better at writing than at designing, anyway.

I plan to graduate as soon as possible. I really want to take as many classes as I can, and I need to take a lot, since I want to transfer to a bigger college (I'm attending a Community College right now.) New York is the most expensive place to live in the US, right now, and the tuition rate is going to INCREASE, which has made governer David Paterson not a very popular person in the eyes of many. We already want Spitzer back!
Yeah, the US isn't a big soccer town.
We're not big hockey fans, either, though New York LOVES hockey. We love our Islanders and especially our Rangers. -

As far as I know, nope. In fact, North America hasn't received ANY game from the series, yet. I own two GameBoy games, and a few Playstation games but they all are Japanese. The Playstation ones don't work because they're not compatible with my Playstation (Fail by me... ;_;,) and the Gameboy games are in Japanese, so all I do is run around as Conan. It's so funny, in one of the games, the layout looks JUST like the old Pokemon games! Conan looks like a little trainer!

My music tastes are everywhere on the map. My iPod has stuff ranging from Genesis to Disturbed to Frank Sinatra to Bob Dylan to Eric Clapton to Huey Lewis and the News.
I'm still in a Billy Joel mood, so now I'm listening to "Rosalinda's Eyes".

Hehe, no, you're not far at all!
I've been in New York all my life, but lately the harsh economic times has bit our family here.
Also, it doesn't help that New York is incredibly expensive to live in. The family is looking to move elsewhere, but I really don't want to go, so I'm trying to get a job after I graduate, so I can stay here. I love New York too much to leave. Toronto is supposed to be a pretty city, even though its basketball team kinda stinks now.

Believe it or not, I've been looking for a Detective Conan forum to join up, since I'm such a big fan of the show. This website came up in a Google Search. And I saw that it was new, so I thought I'd join up, then I saw it had its own Wiki, and I KNEW I'd love it here.
Yeah, I've had a lot of Wiki experience, so I should be of some help in areas of the Wiki. I'm guessing you haven't done much promoting of this website, yet?

What's everyone's current favorite system?Right now I love the Nintendo Wii. Then again, I'm a Nintendo fanboy at heart! I'm hoping that the new Case Closed: The Mirapolis Investigation game is released in North America. We better not get dissappointed again like when Doshin the Giant was released in Europe but not in the US.

Hello there! My name is Josh, otherwise known as CarpetCrawler.
I'm a 19 year old college student that has loved Detective Conan for over five years now. I got hooked by watching the English dub, Case Closed on Cartoon Network's "Adult Swim" block. My first ever episode was "Wedding Day Blues!" I watch new episodes as they come out on DVD, here, because I'd like to watch the show in order, and I am a fan of the English dub, something I can't say about most other anime! Either way, I have seen the Japanese, subbed of course.
I will also be contributing to the Detective Conan Wiki in any way I can. Being an experienced user at both the English Wikipedia, as well as the Simple English Wikipedia, I'm sure I can help in some sort of way.
My favorite characters: Kogoro Mouri, Meguire, Eri Kisaki, Ran, and of course Conan!
Hope to see this forum and website still around in the near future.

Yeah, the openings are always very upbeat, while the endings are pretty depressing sometimes. I guess it's done to fit the mood. You usually hear the ending song after he killer explains their story on why they did what they did, and it's usually depressing itself!
