Water pipes FREEZE, not free, meaning the pipes rapture and cold water floods. Happed in some houses. And the craziest thing is... HUGE snowmen in front of a lot of houses.

Literally knee deep in snow, everywhere. Well, not so much anymore, but still, hills of huge, piled snow everywhere, chaos over parking spots, shops closed, hunger, the light goes out in this damn cold, water pipes free, a few people have died, the wind picked up some people and tossed them into a lake which killed them. It's pretty good.
