Yep, hit it right on the nail, Uchiha. Friends would be the only thing for me, but that went away quickly for me personally since I still see them often till this day. Prob different for others. 

so it depends from person to person

Well, generally most people drift apart after high school. I'm still friends with people I met during that time, but I'm in the minority. for many, you were tight considering in hs you see them every day for a significant amount of time. a lot of times you see in college, which gives you more freedom, you see people find a circle that can differ than the one/s they had in high school. but yeah, it varies from person to person. my main circle of friends is still the same, but as you get older, if you don't put in work to maintain that, it'll end quickly.
