@southpaw : Reasoning like that, you can also say that Conan could know who Kid is since his mother studied under Toichi and could tell Conan that he was killed, had a kid who's Shinichi's age, and that Kaito Kid disappeared when he died.
What I mean is that I don't think we can assume characters (in this case Kid) know Conan's identity by saying that they just have to do some research in the backround, search for Kudo Shinchi's facebook profile etc...In the canon, when someone has suspicions or knows about Conan being Shinichi, it it always showed explicitely to the reader/viewer.
The point was that in that conversation, they both talked a little about their mothers, but Conan mentioned things that make his mother's identity a lot easier to figure out than what KID said about his own mother
Meh... I'm not interested in having this argument, I just wanted to throw my theory out there

My theory is that if KID didn't know before, he probably does now (after Ryoma Gunbelt), in light of their conversation in the men's room at the end of the case
That being said, the movies aren't canon, and have little if any bearing on the main series

I don't know if dumping it back into audacity would work so well, because it's already an mp3, and the quality might go down a bit
but... if you can get through a few more, you'll find that I did eventually figure out how to eliminate that split

Theoretically, KID knows Conan's identity after "Ryoma Gunbelt"... so with all the other goofed elements of the timeline, it's more a matter of whether he actually knew before that, and then M3 would be okay

Definitely Hershey and M&Ms... and the German "kinder" brand (kinder eggs, ftw)... and the Israeli "Elit" brand has a variety with flavorless pop rocks in it

I'm not saying I wish they were still hung up on that - far from it... I'm just saying I don't think they had anything good to replace it with as the new B-side story

I started watching Psych from the night the pilot aired, and I personally prefer the earlier episodes... after he managed to get everyone on board with his little farce (including his father who of course knows better and has decided to keep his mouth shut), the B-side story became a lot less interesting to me

having not gotten around to the series yet, I had to ask whether I should be flattered or offended by my assignment... and a reliable source has told me I should be offended, and explained the character to me
as such, I agree with my friend, and am kind of offended... and request to know why that particular choice was made (because it seems you have a distorted view of me)

By the time I got to Conan (in 2004), I'd already watched and read so much other stuff that my parents were over their initial displeasure (of course, it helped that I was also already at university, where they couldn't do anything about it)
I still don't know how my dad feels about it, but my mom has taken interest in helping me figure out how to orchestrate cosplay after I've chosen a character
