Kudo #1! ;D Why? He's older and wiser... more mature. He obviously knows how to treat a lady better than Shinichi does and he's not too bad of a father! He is able to view from the point of the criminal AND the detective because he is a writer. Not even his son, the star of the show, would be able to say that about himself.

My Mother- Yukiko. Reasons? HER DRIVING. My... god... how many times I have been in the car with her and my friend and she's pulled something I wouldn't have dared to do myself. And she's also an expert at teasing me about boys and my boyfriend. She gives me advice all of the time. She's my best friend. My Father- Shinichi. And i know it sounds weird because Shinichi is Yukiko's son, but my father is very sarcastic and just loves to tease my mother and is a full out geek NOT for Sherlock Holmes but for things like Star Wars and Bioware games and all of that. His personality resembles Shinichi's very closely. My Brother- Heiji. He's a know-it-all with some very endearing traits. He and my father are practically best friends and have the same interests. The main difference is that my brother knows what he feels and DOES choose to acknowledge when he cares about somebody a lot. You don't often run into a boy that will sit down and coo a cat or use baby-talk to a baby. My cousin #1- I guess she'd be Yukiko, too. She... is a prankster who loves loves LOVES telling jokes. My cousin #2- Sonoko. She LIVES for the spotlight and is a tad bit dramatic. She's grown out of it a bit but she's very feminine. My cousin #3- Ran. She's very very VERY violent and she is kind of the one that takes care of the house and baby-sits her brothers and she's very head-strong. Hikari-Ai-Chi (she's dating my bro, and is my second best friend- my mom, remember?- I consider her part of the family. )- Kazuha of course. She loves to punch and kick things, and she, of course, is romantically interested in my brother that I already stated to be most like Heiji. XD She's always pushing me on in my relationship with my boyfriend and when I turn the tables she stutters. xD My boyfriend-... IDK. I guess he'd be Shinichi. He's always talking about trains and planes and all of that. Basically, Shinichi:Holmes :: My Boyfriend: Planes & Trains. xD But he stays by my side and never runs off, even though it's kind of hard to communicate sometimes. That and he always leaves when he's on vacation and I don't get to see him. Me-.... I umm.... don't... really... know... *Shrugs* I guess I'm... heh... idk.

Yes, but for everybody to constantly cling to a specific character and never give any other character that deserves the attention at LEAST a nod, it just doesn't sit right with me. You hardly ever see anybody fangirling/boying over and over and OVER again about many characters but Ran, Ai, Shinichi, Heiji, or Kaito KID. And i don't like it. (Even if I AM a Heiji and Kaitou KID fangirl.) There. My fact. I'm a Heiji and Kaitou KID fangirl! XD Not to me. I just... don't like either. I was neutral before but now...

It isn't a fan-couple. If it was, then episode 112 wouldn't exist. Gosho once said that he thought of DC as a romantic comedy, so I think it's okay to focus on our favorite couples for a little while. And no, not necessarily. That's a theory. Maybe he WON'T have to explain everything if Gosho plays it out a specific way. And so what if she has to tell him eventually? She can do it when he's old enough to date and capable of handling it like an adult. Awkward? Oh please. Awkward is... GentaxAyumi... *Cringes* THAT is awkward. xD If you can't imagine being with somebody that much older or younger than you then you're kind of closed-minded. There is no difference between a 30 year old and a 40 year old. A 40 and a 50. A 50 and a 60. Nobody expects for Mitsuhiko to get into a relationship now. And when he's older all of your points won't be much of an issue. xD (I'll be honest. That is the FIRST TIME I have EVER heard somebody say that AyuCon was understandable to support and MitsuAi wasn't! XD Usually it's the other way around!)

It's longer because there's more to talk about. Their chemistry? I... don't think so. XD Ai and Conan don't have anything in common besides being shrunk and soccer. And both of those are shallow similarities. They don't connect on a deeper level. Weirdness? I can guarantee that if Ran and Haibara didn't exist everybody would say that AyuCon was canon. If you look at how many times he's grabbed her shoulders and held her hand and all of that, and completely forgot Haibara and Ran existed for a moment, you'd see them in a completely different light. I'm sure. Realistic? AiCon? XD And Miss Mary Mack wasn't all dressed in black. xD lol In reality I seriously doubt that anybody would trust Haibara so quickly, and I doubt that Haibara would show her weaknesses to him so soon. And it may sound romantic, but it's not. That's just bad writing. xD And they don't understand each other. xD I don't see why so many of you think Haibara has some sort of "understanding" of Conan that Ran and Ayumi don't have- if anything she's the farthest from understanding him. SHe questions half of the things he does. She understands why he does them, but she doesn't fully grasp what it really is that makes him the hero that he is. Ran and Ayumi can connect themselves a little closer than that because they WEREN'T raised in the environment Haibara was in. They didn't have to live by the rule "Fend for yourself and nobody else". (Her sister was an exception, yes, but Ayumi and Ran can understand the things he does like risking his life to save a total stranger.) I'm so against it because Haibara doesn't need a boy who will back-sass her and just confuse her and argue with her and be against her on pretty much anything. And he doesn't need a woman like her being sarcastic about his choices or somebody he can't talk to about his day without boring her out of her mind. She needs somebody who will be sweet, delicate, yet be able to stand up to her and keep her soft when her darker side comes out. He needs a girl who can stand her own against him but still be gentle with him and be right there with him when he solves a case because she wants to solve it, too. THAT is why I'm so against the pairing.

I think I'll add onto what I said earlier. Any episode that is focused on just Ran, just Conan, or Haibara and I'm not such a huge fan of bomb cases or the episodes Conan yells at the DB. (They're his FRIENDS! D:< HE SHOULD TREAT THEM AS SUCH REGARDLESS OF AGE!)

I don't know who you would be. Probably Conan. You don't like it when people call you tiny. ;D Really? I'm like you when it comes to my fave character like you are when it comes to Ran? xD

It annoys me when and judging by how many girls there are like her not really the COOLEST thing in the world. It ESPECIALLY annoys me when there are other characters who deserve just as much attention in the show but don't get it because that character is, you know, OVERRATED AND EVERYBODY LOVES HER! XD 3. WHY does she deserve it? Because she's loosing in her so-called "relationship" with Kudo? XD JK... kinda... I don't see why she deserves it. *Shrugs* It doesn't make sense why she's so popular if there are so many other anime chicks like her. my Fact: I love pickles! Second fact: Rice pudding makes me feel sick... Third fact: Am I the only one here who names a moth that seems to be stuck in your bedroom that you can't catch and won't fly towards the light? xD

Yeah... xD Ayumi and Conan have just enough in common so that way they work but still just a little less in common so they're still interesting. Yeah... he needs somebody like Haibara except who is less cold... just bossy like her... He needs somebody like Ran, actually. O_O Dude... I'm going to ship that now! XD LOL

I seriously doubt that even if Ran DID end up with Shinichi, it would last any longer than a year. Genta and Ayumi are NOT for each other. I'm sorry. I just don't think so. xD Genta needs a woman who will whip his butt into shape. Ayumi is way too delicate for that job. Genta and Ayumi... well Genta seems more interested in food than in detective work and is too rough and tough for her. And besides, being all similar isn't a good thing. Ayumi and Conan still have differences like Ayumi being soft, kind, thoughtful, and sweet while he's mature, focused, irritable, and a tad bit sarcastic. Those are personalities that go well with each-other. He catches her when she falls and she's the person that makes him softer.
