    None. All languages are hard. There is no "easy" language. For me though, Chinese is the easiest. To speak. To write and read? No way. xP The verbs in Chinese are simple. The structure of sentences are simple. No ate, eaten, will eat, have eaten, am eating, etc. But that is just for me.
