Sure.
See that blue button labeled "Forum" that's at the left side of the page? Click that, and you'll see a list of threads. You'll see a thread call "Introduce Yourself" there, and you'll find another list. So there's a green button "Start New Button" at the right side of the page. Then, introduce yourself! ^^

It seems there are 9759 members of this forum. XP
But lots of them aren't active, and most of them don't come on to DCW, so I'd say the active members would be around 100, or so.
