  1. i crush your hopes and dreams, the apotoxin antidote, and your skull. (Cruel aren't I?) How did I forget? Hmm, you have cake.
  2. Which one? Also, i said nakamori because he has thief as his pic, in case he doesn't get it. Also also, you are... Yumi-san!
  3. Haruhi is definitely my favorite character, probably because she's like me and will say exactly what's on her mind. But, Mitsukuni is adorable, especially in episode 4 when he refuses to act like a bully.
  4. Attention! Two detectives have solved the case: kfnnapa: through PM, solved it first, and perfectly. Akakata: Through the forum, got so close that she will recieve 2nd place. Any detective who can solve it now without help from these two will recieve a reputation point. A new case will be up soon. Bothdetectives will choose a topic for one of my stories, and anyone who can Case File: Himeda Junpei was found dead in his home this afternoon. (4:07 eastern time) The time of death was said to be at 3:35 pm. The murder weapon wasn't found, but police deduced that he had been killed with a blunt object, with which he was struck once on the back of the head. The lock on the front door had been removed, but for some reason there was damage on both sides, as though the killer had finished removing the lock after the man had died. The case was deemed a home invasion, as the victim's cell phone and wallet had been removed from his shirt pocket, and his wife reported two bronze statuettes worth approximately 120,000 yen missing from the living room. However, in the victim's back pants pocket the police found 20, 000 yen in cash and a receipt from an ATM at 3:18 pm that day. Also, a teenage detective has just arrived who suspects that this was an inside job. Your suspects are: - The victim's wife, Himeda Midori. Motive: She suspected her husband of infidelity. In his will, he left her 300,000,000 yen. Alibi: from 2:15 to 3:55 she was at a movie with her friend, Tsuna Midori. She reportedly left her seat only once, for 5 minutes during the film. She also went after the movie had ended, but only for 3 minutes. It would take at least half an hour for her to drive home, kill her husband, and return to the theater. - The victim's brother, Himeda Kazono. Motive: He owed his brother 100,000 yen, and had 23,000,000 in other debts. The victim bequeathed unto him in his last will and testament 60,000,000 yen. Alibi: He was playing online chess from 2:16 to 4:11. The time limit set between moves was 3 minutes, giving him only 6 minutes at a time. He lives 22 minutes away from the victim. - The victim's friend, Chudou Katsuna. Motive: He was dumped by Mimiko when she met Himeda-san. Also, were he to die, Himeda Junpei left in his will a sum of 4,000,000 yen. Alibi: He and his new girlfriend, Tsuna Mimiko, were on a date at the Yomiuri Land theme park all day. (From 10:30 until they were notified of his friend's murder) If he had killed Himeda, he wouldn't have been able to return to the park before being notified. Police verified that he never left and re-entered the park. - The victim's sister-in-law, Toshira Kiiro. Motive: She didn't approve of her twin sister's marraige to Junpei, and she disliked him. Nothing was left to her in his will. Alibi: She was alone in her house sleeping from noon to when she recieved the call. She lives alone, but 45-50 minutes away from her sister's home. Clues and Facts: - The victim's wife discovered thebody at 4:07 upon her return from the movie theater. Her friend, who had driven her home, called the police after hearing the wife's scream and seeing the body. - The victim's sister-in-law's makeup was poorly done as she had rushed to reach her sister, but there was an odd tint beneath it like she had fallen asleep wearing other makeup, even though she hadn't left the house or seen anyone today. - The victim's friend was surprised at the large amount of money left to him in the will. - The victim's brother cried. He had in his possession the 100,000 yen he owed his brother. (It didn't have Junpei's fingerprints on it) - The victim's wife didn't know why there was cash in her husband's back pocket, and no one knew why the thief/murderer hadn't taken it. - Also discovered to be missing were the wife's pearl earrings, which she kept in the master bedroom, along with a large purse she had bought only the day before. ... Now it's up to the detectives of DCW to crack the case! Note: The first member to solve the murder with both the criminal and method correct will choose any subject for my next story.
  5. I think it's either the wife: (How would she know she was sleeping when the murder took place?) Or the Gardener: (He could have bought the vegetables or picked them earlier.) How was the man killed?
  6. If you have a glider pulling you up. (Kaitou) Is it possible to catch Kaitou Kid?
  7. kiss. The Hound of the Baskervilles book.
  8. I would wonder whether i could be one when I am awake, too. What would you do if your best friend took apotoxin?
  9. Thanks for reading the preview thing i posted. :)

  10. Hey. Thanks for the add.

  11. 1- Detective Conan: The only anime I have found that is murder mysteries. Too awesome not to like 2- Castle in the Sky: Face it, Miyazaki's stories are amazing 3- Claymore: Who doesn't love epic fight scenes? (Although it is sappy at times) 4- School Rumble: Purely due to Harima's perserverance, even when he gets hit by a car. (Twice) 5- Black Butler: It's a good story, even if some scenes are dumb and the good characters die.
  12. That's okay. Is there a way to google it or anything?

  13. But when Kaitou jumps off the blimp in M 14 I was thinking, "Haven't I seen this before?" But that time Conan didn't attack him.

  14. Kay. Then if you could explain in, that would be great. Arigatou Gozaimashita.

  15. Kind of, but if it's a pain, don't worry about it. :)

  16. Once Conan caught up with Kogoro, he was filled in on what had happened. (Only because he was whining about where 'Ran-neechan' was.) Mouri-san sighed, then began to speak in a determined voice. "Ran went to the mall with her friend, Suzuki-san. They went to get a parfait, and Ran looked distracted. She said she was just worried about that detective brat Kudo. Later she was looking at a Holmes book he'd told her about, and Suzuki went to the toilet. When she returned, Ran wasn't there, and the bookstore owner said she'd walked out with a man in a winter coat. Ran wasn't anywhere in the mall after that, and the girl called me when she couldn't find her. "She's not answering her cell phone either," he added as Conan began to ask. The two then ran silently to the detective agency, hoping that maybe she had returned home. "She's not here either," Conan announced as he finished searching the second floor. Afterwards he put his coat back on and jogged to Teitan High School to see if she had come by, but none of the karate club members or other students had seen her since class. As he searched the entire area for clues as to her location, Conan decided that perhaps the note he'd recieved wasn't a hoax. "The time limit bfore I destroy it is 9:00," the second letter had said. Feeling the tingling sensation of being watched, he surveyed his surroundings, but there was nowhere a person could hide, and he leaned against the wall he stood beside, sighing. Conan began to list in his mind the possible people with grudges against him. There were all the people he'd sent to jail before being shrunk, girls he'd ignored, and people like Ran's father who disliked him on principle, but no one he could see threatening Ran's life. Especially the ones who actually had a reason to hate him, as they were all imprisoned. Even so, Conan went to the nearest library and looked up all the news stories within the past three weeks, and found that not a single inmate had escaped or been released. Why did Ran willingly leave with the man? he asked himself. Was she kidnapped by him, or did something else happen? And if she's alright, then why wouldn't she answer her phone? Deep in thought, Conan walked along the sidewalk, headed to the mall where Ran was last seen to search for clues. In fact, he was so busy with the case that he didn't notice three people following him closely until two warm hands clamped over his eyes.
