i think i saw that somewhere in like 5th grade then i was really scared to skip breakfast and now ive started doing it again

me too =_= because you gain more fat when you eat later in the day so if you skip breakfast, ull eat a bigger lunch/dinner, and gain more fat than if you ate a big breakfast and ate less lunch/dinner

its true most (especially chinese) asian parents force their kids to go to tutoring and academies and stuff to prep for getting into special highschools and ivy league universities my parents are more open minded <3 but i put a lot of pressure on myself OTL

half the pictures my teacher took of me on the day of my competition was me covering my face with my hands or a donut
