For example, if I enter Wikipedia without accessing my account it says I am 82.54.132.88, though it often changes because it is a dinamic IP. In this website, instead, not only the number is different, but the IP is treated like a static one. This is a problem because in the last few years IP 185.93.230.10 has often been blocked for vandalism, and even though it says I can contact an admin to discuss the block I actually can't do that: admin pages are no different from other pages as they cannot be edited if I am blocked. Trying to edit from my cell phone, or from other laptops even in differents regions of my country doesn't change anything as I still have this address.
