I checked the movie and ~36 minute mark in the scene where Sera is at the library researching Hitoshi, she finds an article that says "Hitoshi Yasuhara-san chose to take his wife, Nami-san's surname when getting married." That means "Nami Yasuhara" is the most correct, she never had the surname "Moriyama" at any point in her life. Whether we choose to call Hitoshi "Hitoshi Moriyama" or "Hitoshi Yasuhara" is a different issue. Nami Yasuhara vs Nami Moriyama

I checked the movie and ~36 minute mark in the scene where Sera is at the library researching Hitoshi, she finds an article that says "Hitoshi Yasuhara-san chose to take his wife, Nami-san's surname when getting married." That means "Nami Yasuhara" is the most correct, she never had the surname "Moriyama" at any point in her life.
