Mayumi Yamamoto (山本 まゆみ Yamamoto Mayumi?) is a Japanese animation director and animator. She does key animation and animation director works in Detective Conan anime and movies. She also uses the alias Mayumi Yamajō (山条 まゆみ Yamajō Mayumi[1]?), and was credited as "山条まゆみ" from 1997 onwards.

Works in Detective Conan

Yamamoto began to serve as key animator for the Detective Conan anime in 1996, starting with Coffee Shop Murder Case. After that she constantly contributed key animation work in the anime. She then temporarily quit the anime production team in 2002, but returned in 2006. After doing three episodes of key animation, she quit the production team once again in 2007. Her most recent work for the Detective Conan anime was the 2nd part of Mountain Witch's Cutlery from 2007.

In addition, Yamamoto served as an animation director for once, in the Detective Conan anime, which was the 2nd part of The Fearful Traversing Murder Case.
