Kappei Yamaguchi (山口 勝平 Yamaguchi Kappei), born May 23, 1965, is a seiyu from Fukuoka, Fukuoka.
In Detective Conan he is the voice of Shinichi Kudo and Kaitou Kid. He also appeared in Gosho Aoyama's prior series Yaiba as the kappa Kerokichi.
