Chizuko Kusunoki (楠 知津子 Kusunoki Chizuko) is a Japanese animator. She does in-between animation, key animation, and pro design works for Detective Conan anime.
Works in Detective Conan
Kusunoki even began to do in-between animation for the Detective Conan anime in 1996, starting with Company President's Daughter Kidnapping Case. She continued to do in-between animation until 2000, when she quit the anime production team. During this period, she was also in charge of the prop design for the case Dracula's Villa Murder Case, which she worked with Yasuhiro Moriki.
After she quit the production team in 2000, she still occasionally returned to the anime production team. For example, she did key animation for the 3rd part of The Dissonance of the Stradivarius in 2005; did key animation for the 1st part of The Most Useful School in the World Case in 2011; and did key animation for the 1st part of The Marriage Registration's Password in 2017.
Moreover, she also had served as one of the key animators for the TV Special The Disappearance of Conan Edogawa: The Worst Two Days in History.
