Shinichi, Ran, and Kogoro discover another password panel and a spoon above their heads seemingly floating in midair. Shinichi grabs at it and discovers it was being suspended by fishing line and realizes the spoon is a reference to a murder case he solved involving a psychic and a TV show program. Knowing this he enters "MA-JI-K-KU" ("Magic") for the password on the panel.
