Shinpachi Tsuji (辻 親八 Tsuji Shinpachi) is a Japanese seiyu from Chiba who was born on October 20, 1956. He is of blood type O, has a height of 1m 68 and likes scuba diving and soccer. He also has kendo skills. In Detective Conan, he has voiced the Weapon Smuggler that dealt with the Black Organization in Episode 1, Scott Green, a half-japanese suspect in Movie 18, Eizaburo Tanba, the culprit in Episode 825, Toshiyuki Ootsu, the victim in Episode 297-298 and Utsumi in Episode 483. He has also been credited as Shinichi Kotani (小谷 慎一 Kotani Shinichi). He is affiliated with "Liberta" and has voiced numerous characters notably in Berserk, Cowboy Bebop, Crayon Shin-chan, Fairy Tails, Death Note, Digimon, etc.
