Subaru Okiya is the black organization member Bourbon. He is very smart, almost as smart as Conan. He is revealed to be Bourbon when he tries to kill Haibara in the mystery train. Akai stops him then Okiya is never seen again until the Scarlet Series when Conan defeats him.
