Takahisa Taira (平良 隆久 Taira Takahisa) has provided stories for the Detective Conan Special series as well as written a eight of the Detective Conan novels. He worked with Mutsuki Wanatabe and Takehiko Hata to write the adaptations of the Detective Conan dramas.
