Kogoro, Ran, and Conan are waiting for the train when they notice a group of people leaving work on a Sunday. Once they boarded the train the group finds their co-worker dead in an empty train car.

Before long Conan stuns Mouri and reveals Yukiko Mori did it. First, she knew Kiyomi was leaving first, saw her off at the station, and established what time she boarded the train. From that, she timed how long it would take for the body to loop back around to the station. And return the murder weapon is the headphones. And when they boarded the train Yukiko who is retrieving the headphones but it took long so she pulled it hard and causing it to break.

Yukiko confesses and reveals Kiyomi stole her boyfriend.
