Shinsuke Ishikawa (石川 慎亮 ,Ishikawa Shinsuke) is a Japanese animator. And does key animation and animation direction for Detective Conan anime and movies.

Shinsuke first time participated in the anime Detectuve Conan was in 2010, which worked in the opening SUMMER TIME GONE. After working for a few openings endings, Shinsuke began to work on anime episodes. In 2013, Shinsuke was one of the key animators of A Car Carrying a Time Bomb. Shinsuke afterwards has constantly worked as key animator for the anime. For once, in the 2nd part of The Spark That Fell on the Ranch, Shinsuke was the animation director.

Shinsuke was also the animation director for the movies, and spin-offs (for example The Culprit Hanzawa).
