| Mrs. Shimomura is an old lady living in [[Beika]] near Beika Park. She owns a small shop named {{nihongo|Tobacco Shimomura|タバコしもむら|Tabako Shimomura}} and the apartments above it. She was a key witness in an illegal bomb case since the tenant in one of the apartments above was found out to be a bombs-maker. Unbeknownst to her, her shop was also used by criminals as a drop-off location, which was notably used by [[Nobuo Kadokura]] and his gang.

| While [[Mitsuhiko Tsubuyara|Mitsuhiko]] was following Nobuo Kadokura, a suspected terrorist, he went inside the restaurant next to Shimomura's shop and then went there to pick-up some "printed files" which after police investigation turned out to be bombs. A search was made at her building and the police found the bombs-maker. When he got taken out by [[Detective Ida|Ida]] and [[Detective Saitoh|Saitoh]], she was quite surprised by the turn of events.
