The newest ending song has been announced. It is sung by Mai Kuraki, and will be titled "Summer Time Gone". It is the 36th ending song in the Detective Conan franchise. The single will be available for sale on August 31st. source.

Latest new episode: July 10, 2010: Episode 580: The Black Time Limit Drawing Near. An episode based off of manga Volume 67, Files 7 and 8.
According to DetektivConan-News, chapter 741 of the manga will be a case featuring the police, as well as more Shiratori and Kobayashi-sensei development, and even romantic developments for Detective Chiba.[1]
Gosho Aoyama took a small break from writing the manga to "go on vacation to gather data", and his next chapter of Detective Conan appeared in Shonen Sunday on July 11th.
A Black Organization story-arc is currently airing.
