Masaharu Okuwaki (奥脇 雅晴 ,Okuwaki Masaharu) a.k.a Masaki Ozora (大宙 征基 ,Ōzora Masaki), born March 19, 1958, is a Japanese screenplay writer, storyboardist, episode director and director from Yamanashi. He also took part in doing screenplay writing and storyboards in Lupin III.
