Akira Kamiya (神谷 明 Kamiya Akira), born September 18, 1946, is a seiyu from Minami, Yokohama. He runs his own talent agency, Saeba Shoji, named after his City Hunter character Ryo Saeba.
In Detective Conan he was the voice of Kogoro Mouri from the show's beginning in 1996, until 2009. A prominent voice actor in the 70s and 80s, he rarely worked on anything other than Detective Conan during this period.
