Michiru Shimada (島田 満 Shimada Michiru?, May 19, 1959 – December 15, 2017) was a Japanese screenplay writer known for some of the many anime scripts, like in One Piece and Dragon Ball. She passed away on December 15th, 2017 due to an unknown disease[1].
