Kousuke Kobayashi (小林 浩輔 Kobayashi Kōsuke) is a Japanese animation director and technical director. He takes part in the production of Detective Conan anime and OVAs.

Biography
Kousuke Kobayashi is affiliated with Sunshine Corporation. Before finding his way to the Sunshine Corporation, Kobayashi had worked at TNK (ティー・エヌ・ケー) and Studio Deen (スタジオディーン) prior.
In the Detective Conan anime, Kobayashi served as the production advancement in Episode 314: The Scenic Lookout with the Broken Fence. While in the Detective Conan OVAs wise, he took part in the production of OVA 8: The Casebook of Female High-School Detective Sonoko Suzuki.
