Kenji Nomura (乃村 健次 Nomura Kenji?), born July 23, 1970 in Okayama Prefecture, is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with Aoni Production.

In Detective Conan, after the death of Kiyoyuki Yanada in November 2022, he took on the role of Andre Camel. He also voiced other minor characters prior to this role, including the lawyer Hiroki Oi.

Biography

Kenji Nomura graduated from Chayamachi Elementary School (倉敷市立茶屋町小学校), Tōyō Middle School (倉敷市立東陽中学校) and Amagi Combined Middle and High School, all in Kurashiki.[3] He played baseball in middle school and high school.[4] He was fond of foreign movies and fell with lawyer-related movies. Starting the end of high school, he started dubbing in small roles.

For university, he moved to Tokyo, and secretly attended voice-acting classes by Shinichiro Takakuwa.[4] He first joined Haikyō Voice Acting Studios, before switching to Aksent.[4] In 2020, after twenty-six years with Aksent, he switched to Aoni Production.[5]

He speaks in the Kansai Dialect, specifically the Okayama Dialect.[6]
