Nahhh you don't have to top the class or grade to show that you are good at something... Grades are not everything. You never know. You might be at the top 10-20% of the entire world for something. Maybe the people around you are better, but it doesnt mean you're not good! Well if you get top in class or grade... You're a genius... I've never gotten anywhere near that before...
